Our expected move put NQ's daily low at 29,172.38 this morning, and NQ opened more than 370 points under it. This morning's prep had NQ holding under last week's low at 28,987 and said back above it is the first thing that changes the read. NQ never got back. Its cash high was 28,860.50 at 9:59 a.m. ET, 126.50 points short of the line.

From there it kept going. NQ was already under its 2x expected move at 28,782.76 at the open and made its cash low at 28,232.75 at 2:52 p.m., 550.01 points under that line. It finished near 28,525, more than 1,000 points under Thursday's settle.

ES did the same thing on a smaller scale. It never traded over its daily expected-move low at 7,684.44. Its cash high was 7,670 in the first minute. It went through its 2x expected move at 7,614.63 at 12:50 p.m., made 7,558.25 at 2:52 p.m., the same minute as NQ, and finished near 7,612, just under the 2x line.

RTY didn't hold the line the prep gave it either. It had reclaimed Thursday's low at 2,848.40 overnight. It was back under it by 9:42 a.m. and finished near 2,821.

Our UW imbalance board printed one Daily bull on NQ in the first three minutes, at 28725.75. NQ ran 134.75 points over it to the 9:59 high, gave it up at 11:27 a.m. and never came back.

Our MedianReclaim board tagged ES's prior Weekly median at 7654.125 at 9:35 a.m. ES was last over it at 11:00 a.m. and finished about 42 points under it. Neither ES nor NQ traded inside its daily expected move at any point in the cash session.
