Using Discord

Our Discord server is the heart of the PonoTrading community. Learn how to navigate and make the most of it.

Joining the Server

After creating your PonoTrading account, use the Discord options in your dashboard to join the server and sync your roles. Paid roles are based on your active or trialing subscription.

We currently offer three main membership paths:

  • Keiki: Free community access and public channels.
  • Haumana: Premium community access, alerts, and the core tools included with the plan.
  • Kahuna Trader: Full access to the current toolkit, priority support, and future releases.

Key Channels

  • #welcome: This is the most important channel to be familiar with, providing important links and details about navigating the Discord.
  • #trading-floor: General discussion and live market chat.
  • #support: Open a ticket if you have technical issues.
