Visitors should start with the FAQ and email support if needed. Members should connect Discord and use the official support area so account context stays together.

What is PonoTrading?

PonoTrading provides trading tools, indicators, education, market context, and community support for traders using TradingView and NinjaTrader. The website dashboard is where your membership, platform access, Discord setup, and billing tools come together.

Which membership should I choose?

Keiki is the free community starting point. Haumana is for traders who want paid member access, alerts, and the core toolkit. Kahuna Trader is the full-access membership for traders who want the current toolkit, premium community access, and future releases included with the plan.

What happens after I join?

After checkout, return to your PonoTrading dashboard. Your dashboard will show your active or trialing membership, then guide you through Discord, TradingView, and NinjaTrader setup depending on the tools included with your plan.

How fast should access appear?

Most account access should appear shortly after checkout and webhook processing. If the dashboard still looks wrong after refreshing, make sure you are logged into the same account used at checkout before contacting support.

Where do I get help after purchase?

Active members should use the official PonoTrading Discord support area first. If you cannot access Discord yet, email support and include your checkout email, PonoTrading login email, and Discord username if you have one.
