RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT SUMMARY:
Due to the digital nature of our products (indicators, software, and educational content), all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made, except where explicitly stated for trial periods.
1. OVERVIEW
At Pono Trading LLC, we strive to provide high-quality trading tools and educational resources. Because our products are digital software and intellectual property that are instantly accessible upon purchase, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
By purchasing any of our products or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. This policy applies to all transactions made through our website and third-party payment processors.
2. NATURE OF DIGITAL GOODS
Unlike physical goods, digital products such as TradingView indicators, NinjaTrader addons, and online courses are irrevocable once accessed or downloaded. Immediate access to the source code, logic, or educational content constitutes the full delivery of the service.
Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all instant-access digital products, including but not limited to:
- Lifetime licenses for trading indicators
- One-time purchases of educational courses
- Digital downloads and templates
3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES & RENEWALS
For products sold on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual access):
- Cancellation Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in a charge that is non-refundable.
4. TRIAL PERIOD EXCEPTION
The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is for products that explicitly advertise a trial period (e.g., "7-Day Trial").
For these specific offers:
- You may request a refund or cancellation without penalty during the trial period only.
- Once the trial period expires, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
- It is your sole responsibility to contact us or cancel via your account portal before the trial time elapses.
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SUPPORT
We are committed to ensuring our tools work as advertised. If you experience technical difficulties (e.g., an indicator not loading, licensing errors), please contact our support team immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue. However, technical issues do not automatically entitle you to a refund if:
- The issue is due to your local hardware, software environment, or internet connection.
- You simply decide you no longer want the product after using it.
- You fail to follow the provided installation guides and documentation.
Refunds for technical reasons are granted solely at the discretion of Pono Trading LLC and only if the software is proven to be defective and irreparable on our end.
6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We take friendly fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a valid purchase without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- Your access to all Pono Trading LLC products and services will be immediately and permanently revoked.
- You will be banned from making future purchases.
- We will submit full evidence of your purchase, access logs, and agreement to these terms to your bank to contest the dispute.
