Our board put two buy levels under the Nasdaq overnight, and through the 4:00 p.m. ET close there was still no recall. From Monday's Globex reopen to Tuesday's cash close, PonoTrading's imbalance board sent 29 hourly setups, 2 Daily, and 1 Weekly to Discord. MedianReclaim added 20 Daily median tags and 6 Weekly median tags (27 SENT rows, one gold prior-median duplicate counted once). Ten of the 32 UW prints were on the index board. The NQ hourly bulls at 30673.75 and 30725.25 never got their bounce back. NQ never traded over Monday's 30,844.25 low in cash. Its cash high was 30,814.75. The open tagged the overnight low at 30,591.25, and sellers spent the day defending under Monday's low. Only 9 of the 32 UW prints came in New York cash — 8 hourly and 1 Daily — and four of those were on the index board: an NQ hourly bear at 30735.5 at 9:39 a.m. ET, an NQ hourly bull at 30687.5 at 11:25, and two RTY bulls at 2812.6 (pre-open) and 2787.6 (11:46).
While everyone watched bank earnings and the bond market's return, commodities did the moving. Natural gas ran about 4.8%, silver dropped about 1.9%, crude swung from 91.70 to 95.11, and gold put in its low of the day right on a PonoTrading Daily alert.
The tape around those prints stayed soft. The S&P 500 edged down 1.79 points, or less than 0.1%, to 7,805.45. The Dow fell 180.45 points, or 0.3%, to 51,670.10 after giving back an overnight run that had taken YM through its daily expected-move high. The Nasdaq slipped 41.52 points, or 0.2%, to 27,204.38, and the Russell 2000 lost 11.11 points, or 0.4%, to 2,783.37. Micron fell 3.6% and was the heaviest weight
