Weekly Through +1SD. Speakers Open. Oil Soft.

Monday printed green and a Nasdaq record. New Monday-anchored map — overnight inside daily 1SD on ES/NQ while weekly already through +1SD. Speakers open. Oil soft below −1SD.

Tuesday, September 22, 2026

Monday’s cash answer is on the tape — Nasdaq record, Meta found its Muse, oil soft on diplomacy hopes — and the new daily map already shows overnight working inside Monday’s settle field while the Friday-anchored weekly map is already through +1SD on ES and NQ. Path still inherits the September 16 hike (3.75%–4.00%, 12–0). Today’s job is not a second rate vote. It is speakers, auctions, and whether cash accepts overnight geography after Monday already spent the easy upside of the week.

Into this Hawaii window the new daily map — anchored to Monday’s settle — shows ES and NQ inside daily 1SD. The weekly map — still anchored to Friday — already shows ES and NQ through weekly +1SD. RTY is through daily +1SD on the new map. YM works the upper half of daily 1SD. Gold sits inside daily 1SD. Crude is soft — below daily −1SD and weekly −1SD — with quarterly stretch still loud on the publisher board. AZO Q4 already printed on the BMO card. Williams ~10:05 and Jefferson ~10:20 open the New York Fed Treasury conference. Cash still has to vote on overnight geography into speakers.

RTH Market Prep is the day clock, not a forecast. Tuesday’s job is to mark what Globex already spent on the new Monday-anchored daily field — and what the week already spent on the Friday weekly field — write size against what is left, and keep sealed path separate from speaker plumbing and auction liquidity color. Weekend Review’s operating rule still holds: wait for the location, set the alert, live off the charts. Missed fills stay missed.

This note does not rewrite Week Ahead, September 21–25. Monday’s RTH Market Prep framed overnight through daily +1SD on the Friday map. Monday’s After the Close handed off Nasdaq record / Meta Muse / oil soft into London. The handoff still holds — with a new daily field for Tuesday, and speakers as the first live Board voices after SEP week.

What overnight already spent

Overnight is inside the new Monday-anchored daily 1SD on ES and NQ — while the Friday-anchored weekly map is already through +1SD on both. House daily map is anchored to the September 21 closes from the publisher. ES anchor 7,833.50; daily 1SD 7,772.53 – 7,894.47 (±60.97); daily 2SD high 7,955.44. Into this Hawaii window last near 7,840.50 with a high near 7,843.75 — inside daily 1SD. NQ anchor 30,784.75; daily 1SD 30,456.20 – 31,113.30 (±328.55); daily 2SD high 31,441.86; last near 30,769.50 with a high near 30,916.50 — same inside-daily pattern. On the weekly Friday-anchored field, ES last near 7,840.50 and NQ last near 30,769.50 are through weekly +1SD (weekly 1SD highs 7,814.40 / 30,404.77), still inside weekly +2SD. That is spent week geography after Monday’s green cash — not a free invitation to invent a second chase into speakers.

RTY is through daily +1SD on the new map; YM works the upper half of daily 1SD. RTY last near 2,923.40 versus daily 1SD high 2,919.95 — through +1SD, still inside daily +2SD (2,942.50). YM last near 52,814 inside daily 1SD 52,067 – 52,883, working the upper band.

Gold is inside the new daily field; crude is soft through daily and weekly −1SD. GC last near 4,377.70 inside daily 1SD 4,330.25 – 4,437.55. CL daily map is anchored to Monday’s 95.78 settle. Daily 1SD 93.26 – 98.30. Last near 89.50 with a low near 89.16 — below daily −1SD and weekly −1SD on the publisher alert board, with quarterly stretch still above +1SD. A daily/weekly cool is not a higher-timeframe reset. Hope ≠ deal on the diplomacy tape.

Monday’s green cash session is the prior close that reset this daily field. Nasdaq printed a record. Meta found Muse traction. Oil soft. Those stay separate sentences from overnight Globex on the new map — and none of them reopen the printed hike.

What Tuesday has to prove

Does Monday’s settle hold as the location that matters when speakers open, or does cash reject overnight’s inside-daily spend after the week already used through +1SD on ES/NQ. Week Ahead already framed Tuesday as speakers first. Overnight is inside the new daily field on ES/NQ while weekly +1SD is spent. What is left is whether cash accepts that overnight geography through Williams/Jefferson — with size written against the leftover daily band and the leftover weekly stretch — and whether sealed SEP path stays inheritance, not a fresh decision to invent off one Board voice.

One sequence. AZO already on the BMO card. Richmond 10:00. Williams then Jefferson. Auctions as liquidity color. Barkin / H.6 afternoon. Flash PMI Wednesday. Do not spend the week’s risk budget chasing weekly through-+1SD leftovers into the first speaker sentence.

Keep the week split honest. The hike printed Wednesday. Soft cash followed. Thursday accepted the repair. Friday finished mixed. Monday printed green and accepted overnight geography into a Nasdaq record. Overnight Globex does not collapse those into one sentence — and the printed hike does not rewrite Monday’s cash answer.

What not to mix

Inside daily 1SD ≠ unused week. ES/NQ can sit inside Monday’s daily band while already through Friday’s weekly +1SD. Respect both maps.

Speaker ≠ second rate vote. Jefferson / Williams on Discount Window and Treasury market functioning are process and plumbing. Funds range 3.75%–4.00%, 12–0 already printed.

AZO printed ≠ macro rewrite. Single-name retail on the BMO card is color. Do not average it into a path bet.

Auction window ≠ Tier-1 thesis. 6-week / 2-year (and 17-week on the tentative card) are liquidity and rates color.

Oil daily/weekly break ≠ quarterly reset. Weekly and daily fields can break −1SD while quarterly stretch stays above +1SD. Hope ≠ deal. Respect both maps.

Through weekly +1SD ≠ free chase into speakers. Monday’s settle reset the daily field. The week already spent the easy upside of the Friday weekly 1SD band on ES/NQ. Write invalidation against what remains.

Next three steps

  1. Mark weekly through-+1SD on ES/NQ (Friday-anchored) and the new Monday-anchored daily field before you trade speakers. RTY through daily +1SD, YM upper-half daily 1SD, gold inside 1SD, and CL soft versus daily/weekly −1SD are separate sentences.
  2. Treat Tuesday as speakers + location work, not a macro rewrite. Williams/Jefferson are plumbing voices. Keep Wednesday flash PMI on the card. Do not invent a second SEP off one conference remark.
  3. Treat the hike and SEP path as sealed inheritance. Size and invalidation against what is left of the daily field after Monday’s green cash. Missed = no chase. Week Ahead Sep 21–25 still holds — do not rewrite the week on day two.

Steal this / leave that

Steal this: Mark weekly through-+1SD (ES/NQ) before you chase higher into speakers. Keep Monday’s Nasdaq record / Meta Muse separate from overnight Globex on the new daily map. Respect the printed hike (25bp to 3.75–4.00%, 12–0) as sealed path. Write Williams/Jefferson as plumbing, not a re-vote. Write invalidation against what remains of the daily field and the leftover weekly stretch. Keep oil’s daily/weekly soft separate from quarterly stretch.

Leave that: Chasing ES/NQ higher after weekly through-+1SD as if the week field were fresh. Treating overnight Globex as cash acceptance of Monday’s record close. Inventing a Tier-1 Tuesday thesis off AZO or Treasury auctions. Averaging SEP path risk into a pre-speaker size after the week already used through +1SD. Rewriting the Week Ahead spine on day two.

Monday printed green. The week already used through +1SD. Speakers open. Oil soft. Respect what the maps already spent — or stay flat.
