Cash Reopens Into Supply. The Holiday Tape Is Not Accept.
Cash returns Tuesday into the 3-year and a stacked bill slate. Thursday’s 29,201.26 accept and Friday’s PDC / CDO are locations — the holiday book did not accept them. Missed levels stay missed.

Monday was a closed cash book and a thin futures pause. Tuesday is the first regular session back — and it reopens into coupon and bill supply. Thursday’s 29,201.26 accept and Friday’s PDC / CDO hold travel as location. They are not a holiday fill. Missed levels stay missed.
This note is the reopen clock. The week’s sequence already lives in Week Ahead, September 7–11. Payrolls already printed. CPI is Friday. FOMC is next week. Today’s job is narrower: does cash, with size back, accept last week’s repair or keep Friday’s soft close under Thursday — and does it do that into supply, not instead of it.
The expensive mistake is treating Monday’s Globex as New York. Cash equities were closed. Equity index futures paused matching around 12:00 p.m. CT and resumed 5:00 p.m. CT for this trade date. That is a liquidity handoff. It is not acceptance. Location from last week travels. Permission does not.
The second expensive mistake is spending Friday’s inflation risk, or next week’s policy meeting, on this open. Today proves the reopen. It does not vote CPI. It does not vote the Committee.
Confirmed clocks
All times Eastern. Cash open is 3:30 a.m. Hawaii. Offering amounts and bid closes are the September 3 announcements as published — announced size, not a stop-through, not a result.
