Two climbing ropes hanging from a brass rack on a dark wooden trading desk at dawn, the green one pulled taut and the red one slipped and coiled on the desk, a brass compass and an open blank journal in front, blurred chart screens and Diamond Head far behind.

Our board put a Daily and a Weekly buy level under the Nasdaq overnight, and NQ is sitting on top of them. NQ printed a Daily bull at 29793.25 at 2:46 a.m. ET and a Weekly bull at 29764.75 at 2:52 a.m. London pushed through to 29,748.50 at 7:06 a.m., and NQ is back over both at 29,867.75. ES is the other half of the split. It swept Wednesday's low and got back over it. From Wednesday's 6 p.m. reopen to the run, the imbalance board sent 25 prints: 19 hourlies, 4 Daily, 2 Weekly, and MedianReclaim added 8 Daily median tags and 5 Weekly median tags. Every count is a Discord alert from imbalance-alert-router.

That's a busier board than Wednesday. Six Daily and Weekly prints, and four of them were on the Nasdaq. When the higher timeframes start printing on one contract, that's where the trade is.

Here's the backdrop. NQ is down more than 1% from Wednesday's 4:00 close. ES is down less than a quarter of a percent. The Dow and the Russell are green. Gold is up more than 1.5%. That's not a market selling everything. That's a market selling the Nasdaq.

So the question at the open is simple. Do the Nasdaq buy levels hold, or does the weak side drag ES back under Wednesday's low?

Here's what the board printed, session by session, and what we're doing about it.

Asia: NQ's first buy levels give way
