Soft Claims. Hard Yield. NFP Ahead.
Soft Claims printed soft at 197k. Wednesday cash mixed; hard yields still on the board. New Wednesday-anchored daily field — NQ overnight high above the daily expected-move high then back inside. NFP Friday still bookends the week.

Soft Claims printed soft — initial jobless claims at 197,000 for the week ending September 26 on the Department of Labor wire, below the ~201,000 tape and a touch under the prior week’s revised 198,000 — into a week that already had Wednesday cash mixed after soft Core PCE and hard yields, with Friday’s NFP still the bookend. Continuing claims fell to 1.701 million. Soft Claims stays wire only — never Spotter UW SENT. Path still inherits the September 16 hike (3.75%–4.00%, 12–0). Cash open still has to vote on overnight geography after the Claims print.
Into this Hawaii window the new daily map — anchored to Wednesday’s settle — shows ES, YM, RTY, gold, and crude inside the daily expected move on the last. NQ’s overnight high tagged above the daily expected-move high before the last sat back inside. Prior CL quarterly-loud from the Q3 map is cleared on the Q4 re-anchor. Those stay separate sentences. Investing board into the Hawaii window: ES near 7,745.25 (+0.39%), NQ near 30,858.25 (+0.52%), YM near 51,489 (+0.41%), RTY near 2,826.90 (+0.33%), GC near 4,214.90 (+0.67%), CL near 91.60 (+1.31%).
RTH Market Prep is the day clock, not a forecast. Thursday’s job is to mark what Globex already spent on the new Wednesday-anchored daily field — equities mostly inside with NQ’s overnight high loud above the daily expected-move high then back inside, gold inside daily after yesterday’s loud sit, oil inside daily with the old quarterly alert cleared — write size against what is left after Soft Claims, and keep sealed path separate from one soft Claims print and Friday’s payrolls. Weekend Review’s operating rule still holds: wait for the location, set the alert, live off the charts. Missed fills stay missed.
